During the Climate Summit today, audiences heard from United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, United States President Barack Obama, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, climate activist Al Gore, actor and United Nations Messenger of Peace Leonardo DiCaprio, and numerous other world leaders and luminaries. The only speaker to receive a standing ovation from the General Assembly audience, though, was Ms. Jetnil-Kijiner.
