During the time I was making The Happy Show! I was fortunate enough to meet and work with several talented and awesome people. Many artists allowed me to feature their work on my program, and a number of people contributed regularly to the show in the capacity as actors, or creating material specifically for the show. One of the most indispensable talents I was lucky enough to have as part of the show was my good friend Alan Williams (AKA, Al Chantrey). I first met Al online in the old Stickam video website. I had heard his music on some of my YouTube pals videos, and a mutual acquaintance suggested that Al might be interested in creating music for The Happy Show! He was, and even created a new theme song which I used throughout the years (and which Al would re-record in different variations from time to time). Al became a very important part of the program, contributing not only his music and his own music videos, but as a member of the cast acting in some episodes, and providing voice-over work, and basically being there for me whenever I needed him. His input in the show was invaluable and I am very glad that he was a part of the show. The video I am posting, If I Were Younger is one of his many original compositions, and it is one of my very favorite songs from him. Its full of raw power and emotion and showcases Als gifted vocals. Enjoy! Yayy!!!
