Duties & Responsibilities (Job Description) : Greet the customer on counter with warmth, courtesy & personalized greeting in low traffic periods, meet the customer at the door (acting as greeter) Sell specific products and services to consumers. Achieve sales targets Achieve revenue targets Deal directly with customers face to face Handle customers inquiries & complains in a positive manner Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving the counter Accurately handle cash Accurately handle inventory Requirements, Personal Skills Sales and Customer focused. Presentable, self-motivated Ability to work under pressure. Teamwork oriented Self -disciplined. Excellent Negotiation and communication skills. Very good spoken & written English language.
