Dynamic Effort: Squats and Deadlifts Todays focus was moving some moderate weight with good speed. Finally got my Low-bar technique pretty much were it needs to be to start working towards a new squat PR. Worked up to some sets of 5 today with 150kg and it felt really good. In the next 2 weeks Ill go for 150kg for 10 reps. Squats: 150kg 3x5 Deadlift: 180kg x1 200kg x1 200kg x4 Single Leg-press: 120kg x12 Hyperextensions: 25kg x12
