Uganda is followed by Tanzania in the third position, Kenya, Burundi and South Sudan in the fourth, fifth and sixth position respectively. The deletion of the names followed complaints that thousands of police officers had spent up to six months without pay yet ministry of Finance released 100% of the wage. 5 ARRESTED AS DEATH TOLL RISES TO 83: Five people have been arrested as the death toll from the consumption of illicit brew rose to 83 on Wednesday, according to figures released by the Kenya National Disaster Operations Centre. They were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the sale of the illicit brew. ANC LEADING THE POLLS: South Africas governing African National Congress (ANC) has taken an early lead in the general election, partial results show. With 20% of votes counted, the ANC had almost 56% of the vote followed by the Democratic Alliance on 31%.
