EASIEST COOKIE RECIPE ON THE PLANET! Please, save your bananas before they resort to this. When they start getting soft, make them into the worlds easiest cookies. 1 cup of oats (old fashioned, not quick cooking) 1 banana, mashed Thats it. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake cookies for 15 minutes on a WELL-GREASED cookie sheet. You can add whatever you want to the above. I usually put a tsp of honey, some cinnamon, vegan chocolate chips and a TBSP of peanut butter...but the possibilities are ENDLESS! White chocolate chips and craisins, nuts, coconut, vanilla.
