EAST AND WEST COWICK: GARAGES AND SHED BURGLARIES IN THE AREA. APPEAL TO HELP CATCH THOSE RESPONSIBLE In the past ten days Humberside Police have had a number of shed and garage burglaries reported in the East and West Cowick area. On Friday 15 August two properties on High Street in East Cowick were targeted and from one of the sheds a large quantity of fishing gear was stolen. Between 2200hrs on Sunday 17 and 0715hrs on Monday 18 August thieves broke into a shed on Back Lane in East Cowick. A hedge cutter, electric saw and other items were taken. We want to catch those responsible so if you see anyone or any vehicle acting suspiciously please contact Humberside Police immediately on 999 don’t wait until the morning to report an ongoing incident.
