🐰EASTER SUNDAY WORKOUT 🌷🌸 Well Easter is tomorrow and most people are busy with kids, family, church,or just relaxing 🙌 and hey tlmorrow may even turn into an unexpected super cheat day more than usual- but thats fine, dont overwhelm yourself to the point where you binge eat an pig out or drive yourself nuts & are miserable staring at that little piece of pie you wont let yourself have!🍰 just eat it- in moderation of course! 👌☺️ Heres a quick little fun Easter cardio burn workout you can do quick in the morning at home before or after the egg hunts begin! Enjoy & have a wonderful day! 💙🐇 1 minute of each, no rests, try for 3-4 rounds! Shouldnt take any longer than 18-25 min! Max effort for a short period of time & youll burn effectively!💪😅 Eclipse burpees Ankle touch sit ups Spider push ups Touch down jumps Elevated plank jump & jacks Running skaters >>had to get creative to spell EASTER and think of an exercise for each to keep it unique- so a description is below of each in order as I listed! Moderate to your level!👍😘 E 👉full chest to ground burpee jumping up & turning 180degrees at top! A👉full sit up & slightly bend one knee and reach for 1 ankle at top & alternate each leg S👉spider push ups, do push-up the move legs & arms out little by little each rep until you cant go any further laterally then move back in T👉squat position held, touch hands to ground in middle & explode up with a jump E👉high elevated plank held core tight hips down, while feet move in & out like a jumping jack R👉moving laterally side to side jumping one foot to the other (staying in a low lunge) while running in the middle between each side (like high knees) Good luck!
