EASY PROTEIN BARS 5/6 scoops protein powder chocolate taste 1 very small teaspoon honey 2 large spoons peanut butter 6/7 scoops fine oats 25gr creapure creatine 10gr d aspartic acid (you can leave this and the creatine out if you like) half liter of milk (i prefer milk with no fats) you put this all in the blender, for a very short time! 5 seconds blending only. put in a scale or something, spread out nice and even put in the freezer for minimum 4 houers. now you can cut your own bars out of the scale. they are ready to eat and so yummieee! if you want to take them with you to work or other places, just wrap a bar up into plastic foil or something. full of protein! full of complex carbs! also contains good healthy fats from the peanut butter NOT an overload in sugars at all!
