ECZ Sets August 19 for Mangango By-Election The Electoral Commission of Zambia has set August, 19 as the date for the Mangango parliamentary by-election following the nullification of the seat for PF aligned incumbent Robert Chiseke. The ECZ has also announced that there will be 20 local government by-elections on the same date across five provinces. Chiseke, who was saving as Commerce Deputy Minister, lost his seat after losing Patriotic Front candidate Richard Simbula successfully petitioned the seat.
