EDUCATION: Anglesey Council have begun talks on restructuring the county’s nursery education provision. The Lifelong Learning Department is considering lowering children’s admission age to primary schools so that they receive their nursery education there instead of other playgroups. The proposals come as part of the County Council’s consultation on this year’s Budget, as the department looks to make efficiency savings.
