EDUCATION BIDS OGUN STATE FAREWELL!!! In a State where our governor claims to have spent a colossal sum of N170 BILLION on education in 3 years, it is ironical that our future leaders in all public primary and secondary schools are locked out of schools courtesy of mismanagement of funds by Governor Ibikunle Amosun. Not all parents and citizens are politicians but we are all suffering from the output of political blunder we all committed in 2011 by voting Amosun as our governor. One of his five points agenda was provision of qualitative education. Little did the people of Ogun State know that they were casting their votes to those who will imprison their children and future leaders. What will it benefit Amosun to embezzle our teachers co- operative deductions, delay their salary payments for months and never promoted them and deny our pillars of development the access to teaching and learning? All the money that is supposed to be used in settling these debt obligations are being used to buy rice for distribution to the hungry populace whose welfasre has been left to decay and most of whom equally have children in schools. Our dear parents, dont collect a cup of rice and lose the future of your breadwinners, it is as if you are given a slice of bread for the placenta of your children. DOES BREAD WORTH YOUR CHILDRENS DESTINY??? Tomorrow is Monday, the beginning of a new week, where will our children be when Amosuns children will be learning in their air-conditioned classrooms in their mega private schools where they pay in millions per term? Our teachers, the second makers of destiny, dont deserve this kind of inhuman treatment from someone who sets a mission to rebuild. What are we rebuilding as a State without qualitative educatuon? Model schools are painted without completion, habaaa!! Our higher institution students never received bursary for once since the inception of this government yet, they are on a mission to rebuild. The killing tax rate keeps discouraging our lecturers as their take-home can no longer take them home! Health workers have been on strike for months yet, our governor is on campaign tour distributing rice and lies. Amosun lacks the ingenuity to manage the resources of the good people of Ogun State. We say NO to his second term bid........AMGC!!!
