EHPS job advert: PhD studentship (health and well-being at work) at Université libre de Bruxelles (BE) The Research Center of Work and Consumer Psychology (Faculty of Psychological Science and Education, Université libre de Bruxelles, ULB) together with the Research Center Social Approaches to Health (School of Public Health, Université libre de Bruxelles, ULB) are looking for applicants for a Ph.D. studentship (4 years, +/- 1770 €/month - starting October 2013). Description The project aims to answer a simple question, but a recurring problem for promotion of health and well-being at work: why colleagues witnessed of bullying at work are essentially passive and quiet instead intervene or at least support, to limit or stop the harassment behaviors? What is the role of community against this "pathology of loneliness"? This project has the originality to integrate concepts and approaches from work psychology, social psychology and health promotion. The research will be conducted in collaboration with Prof. Catherine Hellemans (Faculty of Psychological Science and Education) and Prof. Annalisa Casini (School of Public Health).
