EMAN Thoughts When it comes to changing your body shape - Weight Loss - Muscle Gainz - Strength Gainz - Transformation IT DOES NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT!!!!! Our world is social media Flooded with Pictures of Beautiful people with Incredible physiques, Facebook, Insta, Twitter, Online, Magazines etc These people in which sometimes either Enhanced through computer technology lol or Enhanced with other products not generally found at most supplement stores lol :D However..... some of the Incredible Natural non enhanced athletes, models and Peeps with Great rigs you see WORK THEIR ASSES OFF to look like that, and most likely have been Training Constantly for Years apon Years!!!! RESULTS and making Progress takes - Time - Consistency - Dedication - Progressive Overload - Hard Work - Never Giving up - No Excuses - PUSHING THROUGH PAIN BARRIERS the body will have very limited change if it is not pushed through uncomfortable places... If you mozy through the gym, repping a few Arms curls, couple of leg extensions, hit a set of push ups, flex in the mirror and run on the tready for 15mins flat nackers!!!!!! Plz dont expect to look like - Steve Cook - Dana Linn Bailey - Big Arny - Michelle Bridges LMAO As they say, Good things take time Be Patient, be consistent, work hard, lift, Fuel your Body and never give up on your Journey no matter what it is!!! So if you have been training regularly for 4-6 weeks and have noticed a difference in your body shape and kgs have adjusted, dont stop now, its just the beginning of something Great!!! 6-12 Weeks I the WOAW factor, :D 12+ Constant, regular lifting + Fuelling your body correctly................
