EMERGENCY REPONDERS TRAIN FOR EARTHQUAKE AT VIGILANT GUARD UTAH 2014 SALT LAKE CITY — Utah’s National Guard, Division of Emergency Management, and emergency responders will participate in Vigilant Guard Utah 2014, a large-magnitude earthquake exercise, held Nov. 3-6, at sites across the Wasatch Front. Wasatch Front residents may see emergency response activities and a military presence as participants enhance the complex communication and response activities associated with a multiday emergency exercise.
