EMFMACA Health Professional’s Council (HPC) has seen 60 cases of malpractice or professional insufficiency related complaints from 2010/2011 - 2013/2014. After a lot of investigation has done, the council has taken different kind of measures on those who mad medical error. According to rules and regulation from 60 cases 4 medical practitioners’ licensee canceled, 9 medical professional suspended from giving any medical service and other 3 practitioners’ has obliged to work under supervision because of their insufficiency.
