EMMA UPDATE: From Emmas mom Im so sorry its been a while since Ive updated everyone. Emma is doing pretty good. June 11th she had surgery and it was very successful. They were able to get almost negative margins, which means all the tumors. They were able to save most of both kidneys so we dont need to worry about dialysis or a transplant. This was a huge relief! She developed drop foot which basically is where she cant lift her foot back up sometimes as she walks which can cause her to trip and fall. She was fitted for braces and has them now. I dont push her to wear them everyday because she has been doing really good with working those muscles to get them to work right again. She had a physical therapy appointment the other day and the therapist said that she is doing good and getting stronger so we only need to see her every 2 weeks. She will have chemo through the 1st week of January of 2015. Then by the grace of God we will get the all is clear word from the doctors. She had a CT scan on August 5th and the results were that there were no tumors present. Thank You God! She is an amazing child. Through this hell that she is going through she still smiles and does her best to be a normal kid. She has little fuzzies of hair on her head that will probably fall out soon but she looks so dang cute to me. Lol. I want to thank everyone for the prayers and support, it means the world to us. Emma is my world and my own personal hero. Gods Got This!
