ENCOURAGEMENT FOR TODAY! – 09/13/13 2004 – HE IS FOR US! Psalm 100:1-5 NIV – “Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. Worship the LORD with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs. Know that the LORD is God. It is He who made us, and we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the LORD is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.” Comments: When it seems like things are piling up against us, it’s time to SHOUT FOR JOY TO THE LORD! … time to return to Him in worship with gladness and singing. It’s during these times of challenge that we need to reassure ourselves that our LORD IS God! We are His people whom He loves very much. He is for us and is at work guiding us to victory through every challenge. Our prayer: Abba Father, how we rejoice that You have chosen us to be Your children. That we can know of a certainty that You are for us; and because of that, we can walk with confidence through every obstacle and challenge that comes our way. When we lack wisdom, or confusion is present, we can come to You and receive instruction and clarity of mind – especially Your peace. There is none like YOU! From my heart to yours, Mike
