REPLY FROM MADIWALA TRAFFIC INSPECTOR: To , Titan and DCP sir, Respected sir, with respect to the question made by Mr shashi, I would like to brief the improvements made in silk board junction. 1. Selected efficient cops are deploying regularly for traffic regulation and they are doing best for early clearance from 6.30 am itself. 2. With all the efforts coordinating with BMTC, BDA, we have shifted bus stop towards HSR and we are regulating well to send buses towards service road, bus stop 3. I sent 9 proposals to BBMP, traffic engineering cell for improvement and development of junctions and more than 50 times I visited BBMP office and other senior officers for this process and same is being approved for 1.5 crores after my sincere and perseverance effort. they are starting the work in the next week. 4. To prevent foot path riding, I have put flexes all along the road side and have put curbs on foot path. 5. I personally booked nearly 601 reckless and 1104 no entry cases mainly in silk board junction against the offenders and also put flexes to educate them. 6. The reason for slow movement on outer ring road is it is the only connected road between south city like BSK, Jp nagar, Bannerghatta road, and towards EC, Marath hally, HSR, Sarjapura road, and mainly because of ECO space and intel etc., so it is learnt that it has been decided to construct fly over between jayadeva and silk board. 7. Another reasons are buses off load, and slow movement of vehicles entering inside the Eco space. Regarding second point we made some changes and improvement in front of Eco space. 8. We sent the proposals to BDA for sky walker at silk board JN, Eco space and ibloor JN. and same has been approved and notified sir. 9. Recently we sent a letter for Ibloor junction and Bellandur junction improvement, for installation of traffic signal and change of route to Eco space which has been appreciated in the meeting conducted by Outer ring road association, 10. Regarding traffic issue is concerned we are doing our best and putting maximum effort sir. Major decision may be taken by Government to ease out the traffic in the way of engineering works and constructing fly overs etc., 11, Finally i request to educate the public through our face book to give responsible suggestions and complaints and also to know the problem directly contacting the concerned SHOs or control room through phone or directly to me on time to time.
