ENGLISH BIBLE STUDY Back by popular demand, English Bible Study sessions will begin this month at St. Sarkis Armenian Church in Kechejian Hall. Bible Study sessions will be held on the third Thursday of each month. The first Bible Study session will be tomorrow, Thursday, November 20th, from 7:00-8:30 pm and will be led by Fr. Ghevond. The Gospel of John will be discussed, along with its structure, theology and history. The Bible Study is open to all and registration is required. Please email, text or call Fr. Ghevond at (201) 218-5045 or at [email protected] if you would like to attend. SALVATION ARMY ANGEL TREE: The St. Sarkis ACYOA presents The Salvation Army Angel Tree. The program provides new clothing and toys for children of needy families through the support of donors. Found in local companies and corporations, Angel Trees are decorated with numbered paper angel tags with the first name, age and gender of a child in need of presents. Contributors remove one or more tags from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags. We encourage everyone to pick up a tag this Sunday and donate out of the goodness of their heart. The tree will be up in Kechejian Hall from November 9th - December 7th. All unwrapped toys or clothing must be delivered with the ANGEL TAG to the tree by December 7th. OPERATION TURKEY Join us this Thanksgiving as we prepare and serve a full turkey dinner to 1,000 homeless and less fortunate people in the Dallas community. All the prep work will be completed on Wednesday, 11/26 and then we will pack up and deliver the meals on Thanksgiving morning. We need your help!! Please sign up at the links below.
