ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE MATCHDAY 7 TABLE 2013/2014 VS 2014/2015. AN ANALYSIS BY #machekanalysis OF HOW THE CURRENT LOG IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF LAST YEAR LAST SEASON the top four was made up of arsenal 16 pts +6 gd liverpool 16pts +6gd chelsea 14pts +6gd southampton 14 pts +6gd THIS SEASON the top four is made up of chelsea 19 pts +13 manchetser city 14 pts +7 gd southamton 13 pts + 6gd manchester united 11 pts +3gd CHELSEA FC-- the regulars on both lists this time they are 5 points better gd is 7 better. what could have changedin 1 year? first it has to be diego costa who deserrves to be mentioned. his arrival along with sesc* fabregas and the form they have shown made sure chelsea had to improve. diego costa has 9 goals in 7 matches with fabregas 7 assists in as many matches.. the second thing should be how the coach gennerally works. evrywhere he goes he prepares a winning team in the second term always. last time he tagged his team as a little horse against two big horses. and said he shluod be judged on the 2nd term. SOUTHAMTON-- this team is doing wonders though they are actually not better than the last campaign their position suprises many. especially after selling 9 players to the likes of liverpool and yet they sit 3rd having only lost to totenhum hotspur. what i can say about them which is not much since i do not see more than half of their games is they actually copied well with selling their players and credit should go to the coach. of cause you will not see them hanging in top 4 but you never know. its football MANCHESTER CITY-- they are 1 point better than the last seasons team. they managed to win the league from behind after watching arsenal lead the log for 200 days. they added in their ranks mainly Fernando and mangala. these signings have already shown their worth with a string of good performances while the usual suspects yaya silva aguero dzeko are in fine form to make sure they defend the title. last time they failed to defend the epl trophy and they had to exchange it with manchester united twice in 4 years. they may yet defend it again. MANCHESTER UNITED-- 1 point better than the army David moyes had assembled. after game 7 lvg is sweating over the fitness of 9 players while moyes had to deal with a lesser number. with the arrival of db17 adm7 ah21 rf9 mr5* ls3* you would expect that united should be far much better than this. however there are positives to be drawn from the 7 games thus far played. 1 the teams new look esp with adm7 can score goals and thats not a question. 2 uniteds first games ths term were without the new summer signings or rather some of them. 3 current united team has a playing style philosophy and its very clear its playing to win not to avoid a loss. 4 this team will not only rely on rvp20 and wr10 for goals but it can now expect jm8 adm7 rf9 ah21 to score as well. you may liken to this united with the free scoring liverpool which had to outscore opponents to win. ARSENAL-- THEY are 6 points worse than their last team. they bought danny welback from Manchester united and alexis sanchez from barcelona.these two players have been of great value to them thus far one may say,. but it is just going wrong for the pacemakers as i call them. ozil arteta and 4+ other guys are now injured. what might have changed in this arsenal for me is ozil mailnly. last time arsenal on game 7 ozil was very important to this team in such manner that arsenal was believing that they may claim the 14th. however in those days ozil was playing cam but now he was enduring a sticky spell playing lwf in many games. whatever the case i thing arsene wenger has the ability to rejuvenate the team esp when its clear they might revamp it in January LIVERPOOL-- SAME with arsenal they are 6 points worse than last term.the difference to me is couthino sturridge Suarez Gerrard and uefa. last term sturridge bagged 3 in 3 games i guess. then after game 4/5 suarez came in and started the real massacre . however brendan rodgers sold suarez to barcelona and also faced bad luck when sturridge got injured,. he was forced to buy baloteli which hasnt brought luck in epl thus far,. lambert i only saw him play game and no luck from him either. gerrard and his troops are now playing twice a weak which means that they may tire. liverpool are a squad with depth lacking quality. this means that even if they rotate it they risk losing again. and even if they play the same guys its difficult. SUMMARY-- LAST season saw city chelsea arsenal liverpool being tagged as title favorites after game 7. this term people are very careful and only 2 teams have earned that name. city and chelsea. one wouldnt predict the future,. and in my position what i will predict will be termed bias by others but that wont stop me.. from what i saw i can say chelsea and city are clear title favorites. i can also say that they have been largely helped by almost injury free squads. Manchester united are almost there and looking at team sheets machester united have a better chance than Liverpool and arsenal in anything we want to talk about. arsenals big problem are injuries and Liverpool too then buying to much quantity which clearly aint class.my final log standing according to what i saw is 1 chelsea 2 manchester city 3 machester united 4 arsenal 5 liverpool 6 southamton [[ this predicition will change according to what i see.. eg if manchester united are to beat chelsea or city i will make them title favorites too]] #ggmu #machekaanalysis
