No man can take the glory. On the 3rd December, 2014, we never knew that Governor Elechis group had filed an ex-parte motion in the Federal High Court, Abakaliki for an order of interim injunction restraining the PDP from continuing with the remaining primaries. I went to court for a different matter only to see the offensive motion on the courts Cause List. I raised an objection to the grant of the Motion and it was adjourned to December 15, 2014. Again, yesterday, I never knew that the same group also had an ex-parte motion to restrain the Ebonyi PDP Acting Chairman from so acting. The motion was adjourned instead. Not tired of seeking for black market injunction, the same group approached the State High Court with another exparte application for an interim order restraining the PDP from continuing with the primaries slated for December 6, 7 & 8, 2014. Our lawyers were all in court to raise a voice against impunity but some youths had their own plans and their own thoughts. They feared that the judge could act irresponsibly and without regard for the law. Whether they are right or wrong, I do not know. But I believe in adherence to the law and the rules of morality. If it were not God, Im sure that purchasers of interim order at the black market would have successfully purchased it without us knowing. God, you are to much. You are God of overdo. To You be all praise, honour and adoration.
