The Professional Culinary Arts Program takes you from basic knife skills through training on every station on the line, providing you with real-world knowledge that will support you in any field of the culinary industry. Students will learn the theory, practice and art of cooking. Each class is designed to teach specific skills, which gradually become more complex as the program progresses. We begin by training students how to taste. They learn to appreciate the subtleties of a wide variety of foods-from herbs and condiments to vegetables and meats. Class size is limited to 16 students only. Tuition fee includes chefs’ jacket, apron, cap, manual, all ingredients and knife set.
