If entering this class the rider cannot enter any class of the lead rein, lead rein must be attached to noseband 2) MOUNTAIN AND MOORLAND FIRST RIDDEN ASSISTED - Open to ponies 13.2h and under. To be judged on manners and suitability for a child just off the lead rein. Assistance in the ring can be given, but must not be led 3) MY THELWELL FRIEND - Ponies not exceeding 128cm, manners and turnout taken into consideration, required to walk only 4) BEST RIDER - Riders 12 yrs and under 5) BEST RIDER - Riders 13yrs and over 6) FAMILY PONY - Open to all types and breeds 4yrs and over, suitable to be ridden by all members of the family RING ONE CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR THOSE PLACED 1ST AND 2ND IN CLASSES 1 TO 6, CHAMPION FROM THIS RING TO GO FORWARD TO OVERALL SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIPS. RING TWO – 9am 7) IN HAND YOUNGSTOCK - Open to any type, height 3yrs old and under. 1st, 2nd and 3rd coloured young stock 8) CONDITION AND TURNOUT - Open to any height, type, ridden or in hand. To be judged 50% horse and 50% rider 9) NOVICE IN HAND SHOWING - To be led by novice handler or experienced handler with novice / young horse. NO Stallions. 10) IN HAND COBS - Open to show / traditional types, will be split if entries warrant. 1st, 2nd and 3rd traditional cobs 11) IN HAND COLOUREDS - Open to any type, height of piebald and skew bald 12) IN HAND VETERANS - Open to horses / ponies any type, height 15yrs and over RING TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR THOSE PLACED 1ST AND 2ND IN CLASSES 7 TO 12. CHAMPION WILL GO FORWARD TO OVERALL SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIPS. RING TWO – 1pm (approx) 13) IN HAND ARABS - Open to full and part breeds 14) IN HAND RIDING HORSE / PONY - Open to horses and ponies of any height, class may be split if entries warrant 15) IN HAND MOUNTAIN AND MOORLAND - Open to small and large breeds inc welsh. Registered and Unregistered (class split if entries warrant) 16) IN HAND FOREIGN / RARE BREEDS - Open to any age 17) IN HAND ODD COLOUREDS - Open to roam, dun, palomino, spotted and unusual markings. Excluding piebald and skew bald who have their own class 18) IN HAND THOROUGHBREDS - Open to all Wetherbys registered thoroughbreds and retired racehorses, class will be judged as a riding horse without type, injuries and blemishes will be overlooked 19) IN HAND HUNTER - Open to show / working types, any age RING TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS OPEN TO 1ST AND 2ND PLACED IN CLASSES 13 TO 19.
