EPHESIANS STUDY "In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence." -Ephesians 3:11 COMMENTARY: This small passage of scripture offers us a two fold punch of spiritual power. First, we should always recognize that ONLY through Jesus Christ do we have our spiritual life. And ONLY in Jesus Christ do we approach the throne of our heavenly Father. For it is only when we abide in Jesus and remain in Jesus that we are heard by Heaven. Which brings us to the second part. For when we do go before our Father, we may have the confidence to know that our prayers are heard and we will receive an answer. That is important to know. Have you ever spoken with someone and knew they were not listening? It is very frustrating. Yet we do not have that frustration with God. For He hears and He answers as only a good Daddy can! Thank you Jesus for saving us and bring us to a place of knowing that when we pray, we are heard! More on Monday. Blessings.
