This work may include implementation optimization upgrades and application support. nbsp Responsibilities include nbsp a. Scope of work nbsp • Responsible for managing the overall coordination status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts • Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end • Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis designredesign andor organization structure definition. • Staff project worknbsp • Works in conjunction with the application team leads business and clinical owners b. Management responsibilities nbsp • Staff manage and maintain a high performing diverse team • Create dynamic work environment • Understand and shape Client business needs into EMR solutions • Collaborate with Accenture and Client teams • Evaluate document and provide feedback for Accenture team members on a formal and ad hoc basis nbsp nbsp nbsp Basic qualifications • University graduate Computer Science or Healthcare relevant field of study • 3 years of experience in Epic implementation • 3 years of work experience in a healthcare provider environment • 3 years of consulting experiences in similar client environments to ours managing medium sized 35 person teams Additional Preferred qualifications • Knowledge of the provider healthcare market • Demonstrated ability to work with Physicians and other clinicians • Ability to travel more...
