EPIC is definitely the word I would use to describe the day here, although worth every second!!! Today I set off with Gaz, Lilly and Thomas to make the epic journey past Leongatha to drop them to their AMAZING new home, where they can be super loved paddock companion homes for the rest of their days! It was a 10 hour drive, but so worth it!!! Gaz, Lilly and Thomas have moved in with former TPS horse Bones, who is also lucky enough to be living out his days in this incredible home!! We cannot thank Lou enough for now taking 4 of our TPS horses that needed paddock companion homes and giving them such a wonderful home!! We cannot express our gratitude enough, and I know all 4 horses are incredibly grateful too! Boness happy, bright face today was the absolute highlight, seeing how happy he is has made me feel so blessed to have you as one of shining angels!!! A big thankyou to my wonderful husband Trav too, who took care of all the horses feeding and unrugging/rerugging today, as well as looking after our other animals and having tea ready when I got home!!! Thankyou to Morley Park, a standardbred stud and racing stables, who lent us their triple float and therefore made the trip possible!!! And a massive thankyou to my wonderful friend Vicki, who was kind enough to join me on the epic road trip!!! I am feeling incredibly lucky to have such gorgeous people in my life!!!
