EPIRA is a profit of the few and not a service for the consuming public; it fails the objective to lower electricity rates, particularly in Bicol. The PSP on ALECO will be a “precedent in the writing of the procedures” for the Privatization of Electric Cooperatives in the Philippines. Therefore, the decision of ALECO consumer-members on PSP will determine the future not only of Albay but ultimately the Country C2C ang sustenable at makamasang solusyon sa teknikal, pinansyal at moral na krisis ng ALECO.
