EPS Consultant is hiring for Account Payable (Junior) X 2 @ Listed Firm. Short-listed Candidate will be deployed to work with one of our major client. Job Description: • Handle partial set of Account Payable (AP). • Perform data entry of supplier invoices. • Process for internal staff claims and petty cash. • Liaise with suppliers and users on payment matter. • Prepare for GST return and generate reporting. Job Requirements: • GCE O or LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1 to 2 years in general AP function or relevant experience • Prior work experience in marine offshore or shipping company will be a plus • Able to commence work within short notice period or before the closing date is a PLUS • Proficient in V & H Look-Up Function,Pivot Table and SAP Software • CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY, METICULOUS and GOOD IN CALCULATIONS & FIGURES • Able to start work immediately or short notice is a plus • Only Singaporeans Other Information: • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm • Location: Tuas (Transport will be provided) or Raffles Place • Salary Range : $1800 to $2000 + GOOD BENEFITS Apply Now!
