ESSENTIAL OILS UNIVERSIY SAYS: People often ask me to comment on the internal use of essential oils and I tend to stay out of telling anyone how to use the oils. There are extremes on both sides of this issue with some people using crazy amounts of oils internally and others that say it should never be done in any amount.
