"ETERNAL LIFE SHOULD BE YOUR AIM" • life on earth is a temporal one that one does not need to be replaced for the eternal • and is not directly proportional to life eternal • life on earth is characterized with – the good, the bad, the ugly • but in heaven, every attributes their represents good • for this purpose, we need to live in this earth with heaven in focus • because it is a temporal place • and eternity is everlasting • and eternity represents “HEAVEN” or HELL • which you must earn to inherit • earth’ offer cannot be compared with the heaven’s • so also you cannot compare short life on earth (e.g. 20, 30, 50, 100, or 120 years) to the eternal life in heaven • earth may have offered you riches, fame, wealth, but if you possess all these without the most important thing – Being BORN AGAIN, you may have been beholding your face in an imaginary mirror • because neither the riches, the fame, nor the wealth can guarantee you a place in heaven • but Christ in you (Being BORN-AGAIN) • as you find yourself in this world, note that you are living a borrowed life • do not abuse it with non-essentials • because the fashion of this world (marriage,beauty, academic excellent, riches, fame, wealth, and others) will pass away – 1 john 2:17 • being religious does not mean being born-again • because the Pharisees & Sadducees of old were very religious, yet they were not born-again • Jesus liken them to a painted tomb outward, but look like dead men bones & uncleanliness inward • Or are you still playing religion or church, or may be you are among the church fanatics (those that have idolized church to be heaven) • No matter your position in the church or the church you belong to • If you are not a true Christian, no matter your church – be it Pentecostal, charismatic, holiness, Methodist, revival, orthodost, spiritual, etc. it is either you are saved or not saved • And you can only be saved from the inside to the outside – making you a new creature – 2Corinthian 5:17, and confessing that Jesus Christ is the Lord • Once again, this world does not deserve the struggle that men gives it, knowing full well that the guaranteed life is not in this world, but in the eternal • Do not seek Jesus when it will be too late to forgive • There is no excuse to continue in sin • And there is nothing like small sin, because sin is SIN • Accept Jesus ‘NOW’ so that, even though this world deny you of the desired pleasure • Life eternal (in heaven) will always give you more than this present world might have offered or denied you • And always remember to seek first, the kingdom of God & his righteousness before every other thing –Matthew 6:33 • Life eternal (in heaven) is the ultimate • I pray we meet there in Jesus name • Amen!
