The palace said two of top NBI officials tipped off Napoles. Out of delicadeza the NBI chief resigns. But DOJ deLima wants PNOY to retain the Chief NBI saying that it was him who holds the vital evidence regarding the Pork Scam. But now, the lady lawyer of Napoles, L.Kapunan states to the media that it was not the NBI who tipped off Napoles but it was actually DOJ head Leila de Lima who called them up to tip them about the arrest warrant. "NAKURYENTE MULI SI PNOY!!!" ANO BA YAN???
