ETSU friends, this may be harmless or this may be a predator but something weird happened to me today. I was parked in the lot next to Warf Pickel and the parking deck. I was sitting in my car alone eating lunch and piddling on my phone. I noticed out of my side view mirror a man taking pictures of the back of my vehicle. After several seconds he began to walk off. I got out to confront him. I said excuse me, may I help you? He replied very slowly almost slurred speech, no sweetie, I was talking pictures of myself not your vehicle. Then, quickly walked off in the direction of the parking deck. I was very uncomfortable. He didnt see me get out of my vehicle, so how did he know which one was mine? If he wasnt taking pictures of my vehicle then why would his immediate response to may I help you be an immediate denial of doing so? And his phone was angled in such a way when taking the pictures it was obvious he was not taking pictures of himself. This man is appx mid 30s, around 6ft, somewhat over weight, very short blonde hair and balding. Again, it may be nothing, but I was uncomfortable enough to alert campus security and tell you my story. Feel free to share with your friends.
