German Egyptian Mobility Program for Scientific Exchange and Excellence Development The German Egyptian Mobility Program for Scientific Exchange and Excellence Development GE-SEED (formerly known as GESP) is a fund that supports the exchange of scientific visits between Egyptian and German research teams.
