EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY COUNTS... For those of us that exercise on a consistent weekly basis, we all know that just getting in our workout is "half the battle". However, be mindful of the other 23 hours of the day where a lot of damage can be done to your body. A one hour workout does not give us a free pass to eat what we want the rest of the day. A good rule of thumb to follow is to give it your best at all times. If you truly give your 100% best you will never have to look back and think, "I could have" or "I should have". By giving fitness your absolute best you can expect awesome results. If you would like some help please let me know and I would be happy to help you. :)
