EVERYONE! When you have time, I really think you should check out this video... it explains a lot. This is my advice to all people in the service industry. Treat every client as they are your only client, be patient, take your time, be ready to be judged and have people tell you that you are not going to make it or you are not good. Dont give up on the first try... good things take time. When someone does something wrong, dont join them, learn to stay away. Learn to do things the right way, speed will come with time. Most people look for quality. You will fail, and will be able to get up and be stronger. Believe in your self, focus, spend time and learn to use solutions stead of excuses.
