EVERYTIME THEY ASSIGN SOMEONE TO FIX A PROBLEM , THEY ASSIGN HIM - TopicsExpress

EVERYTIME THEY ASSIGN SOMEONE TO FIX A PROBLEM , THEY ASSIGN HIM THE MONIKER (PROBLEM) CZAR and I always find myself on the fence with that naming convention. Personally id rather the call him a (PROBLEM) MANAGER. See CZAR seems too imperious and may give the person a sense of immunity from criticism. A MANAGER on the other hand, has a name that clearly implies management and as such, positive results are expected and if results arent delivered he can get fired. But then again, as CZARs go, if technically you can fire a manager, historically, you can execute a CZAR. So...im still on the fence but execution has a nice ring to it.
