EVS Sports – Brand Specialist Location: Walworth, Wisconsin Experience: 3+ years Job Description EVS Sports, the Original Protective Gear Company, is seeking out qualified candidates for a Brand Specialist position. The ideal candidate will be vastly motivated, possess great written and verbal communication skills, have extended computer knowledge and extensive understanding of the extreme sports industry/core market. In addition, the qualified applicant must be sales driven, competitive, outgoing, team oriented, have the ability to close and exemplify a committed work ethic all while acting in a professional manner. This position will allow you to work in a high growth, casual and fast paced environment. Responsibility and Authority • Travel will be a key part of this position with about 50% of your time spent on the road and 50% being spent in our WI office • Work directly with distributor reps to reinforce their knowledge of EVS products and assist them with selling techniques and promotions for their dealerships • Grow EVS brand by encouraging new dealer prospects and approaching dealerships not currently carrying the EVS line • Visit EVS product carrying dealerships and educate them on new products and current promotions • Launch strategic marketing plans with a set of goals and outcomes in mind • Create cross promotional marketing objectives that directly favor EVS and dealers alike • Work with the Director of Sales to develop strategic sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales • Create, build and retain relationships with dealership personnel and industry contacts • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed to build EVS brand awareness • Provide event and race support including track days, races, demo days, SX, MX, etc. Required Skills and Experience • A minimum of 3 years industry experience with a strong sales and marketing background Compensation • Competitive salary • Health and dental benefits (effective following introduction period) • Paid holidays and accrued vacation Applicant should submit resume to: todd@evs-sports Or mail to: EVS Sports Re: Brand Specialist P.O.
