EXCITING NEWS! DEILAB has just finished its 2nd engagement at P&G/Gillette Wordwide HQ in Boston, Ma. On this occasion we worked with a select group of executives and engineers from the R&D department. It was an overwhelming success! They found our method of tea- building to be fun, effective and intentional. Several division heads have made it known that they intend to work with us in an ongoing capacity for the foreseeable future. and those wheels are in motion now. Thank you for your ongoing, support, prayers and encouragement! This pictorial takes you through a collaborative build, to a Rock Em Sock Em Bot Battle, to our processing module at the end of a 3 hour session. We create a creative playground where failure is encouraged and celebrated as a data point for discovery and innovation. As professionals we forget that Failure is good IF were Failing Forward. We constantly need to be reminded to stretch beyond our comfort zones, this is one of the key components of DEILABs work.
