As this blog clearly states: Dr. Maslen assured Dr. Sai that a decision will be made and if it has been determined that Hawai‘i is occupied according to the Academy’s criteria it will be listed on its website Rule of Law of Armed Conflict in June. In conclusion it states: The Academy’s listing of the Hawaiian Kingdom as an occupied State will promote accountability for individuals who have committed war crimes in the Hawaiian Islands where prosecution can take place before the International Criminal Court and as well as by countries that have universal jurisdiction such as the Philippines and Germany. This is awesome because the denial of our rights to a fair and regular trial is a WAR CRIME. This means that not only are the courts illegal, but that so too are the judges rulings and orders. Once the decision is made the Courts, the Judges, the police and the Marshalls will be forced to utilize Hawaiian Kingdom Law and not US or State of Hawaii Laws or face War Crime and Felony charges. Arrests and prosecution will be forth coming by the International Criminal Court and it will include ALL.....WAR CRIMES!!! Education was the FIRST STEP and the implementation of the proper Laws & Courts will be the SECOND STEP as we move towards....DE-OCCUPATION!!!
