This neutered 13-year-old pet was brought to the shelter as a stray, but he certainly must have belonged to someone until his intake on March 1st. He is absolutely not happy with his new circumstances which has led him to act a little grumpy....which in turn, has led to him getting a New Hope rating from the ACC. He will probably settle in nicely if given a chance to, but that only happens if a rescue pulls Photofinish to safety, tonight.
