….Each breath is a gift…..everything in Nature is born, matures and perishes---everything has a beginning and an end. To live and grow as the healthy child of Okami we are sustained by divine cosmic vitality through the sacred act of breathing….when we are born into this world we begin to breath and continue until our last breath and our return to Daishizen/ Great (divine) Nature……. ——we feel gratitude for each breath and that our loved ones have manifested from infinite divine nature to enjoy this precious juncture in time and space with us-----That being said we who are still living miss the joy of physically interacting with our loved ones when they return ….the edges of our sorrow soften over time but though diminished often never disappears ….. that bittersweet feeling is part of our human existence—— we can pray OHARAHI NO KOTOBA and or MITAMA SHIZUME NO KOTOBA before the Mitama-ya (shrine for Mitamashiro [ memorial plaque]) or special photo or while focusing on our loved ones…we can also contact the Jinja [email protected] to arrange the Ireisai (memorial ceremony) to be conducted---- --MITAMA SHIZUME Words to Calm the Spirit Ametsuchi no musubi no naka ni chihayaburu Kami no mioya no oyaoya to tsutae mashite Chichihaha no atae tamahishi wake mitama.
