Each day is new challenge. 2 new urgent support request from sales team come to me to fix for them. First is customer problem , but if not fit for them at our own expenses , customer might ask help from competitor to fix for them then door open later post threat to our existing biz. Second challenge , project near to close, stuck in warranty period gap ; customer ask for 5 years Warranty but supplier only give 3 years ..... for negotiation ...no fix no sales !!!
