Ear nose and throat doctor removed a lot of blood and hay from right ear. Said hay scratched ear canal and eardrum. He thinks the eardrum will heal with no loss of hearing. Pressure caused the bleeding in the ear canal from the weight of bale. Small fractures in sinus cavity and blood pooled. That should heal by itself. His pacemaker working fine but was in so much pain from chest compressing into steering wheel they have given him morphine all day. Kidney doctor said mass there but at his age and with other injuries we will wait 4 months and look to see if larger. Thanks for the notes and visits. Mom is asleep for awhile.
