Earlier this morning, we just had our 2nd barangay hearing. The reason for this is, the PNP and the barangay told us that we had to undergo 3 lupon sessions in order for us to get a Certificate to File Action. This certificate is needed for you to be able to file a formal complaint to the piskals office. Please be informed that when there is a crime, in order for them to be put in jail right in the spot, you have to report it to the police right then and there (which were our greatest mistake coz we didnt. We went to the hospital to take medico legal and to the barangay to report the issue and blotter them). Anyway, there is a filing fee to the piskal unfortunately, as far my mom understood, 3k for the filing and 1.5k per session. The lupons target is to try to see if both parties can settle amiable terms or in easier say, compromise each other (magpabayad to compensate for the damages). My answer is no. The opponent was never sorry and tried to even threaten me. They either created or saw an fb account cursing their minor relative (apparently, she was the one who caused all the issue) using my name and photos. Took a shot of it, threatened me that if I continue filing the case against them, they will use it to sue me. Now, if youre going to sue me. Just sue me. And even if you call NBI and ask them to help you with your case, they wouldnt be able to help you unless you hire a good hacker to hack the Facebooks database because Facebook is a private US company and wont provide an individuals information just like that. Its not like NTC that when you request for a copy of text message for this kind of scenarios, they will give it. (Actually they will only give it if it already includes high profile cases). So, no need to threaten me and such coz my knees arent trembling. Also, if that was the reason why they started all the trouble, they shouldnt have came rushing to my house, mocked me and assaulted me. In tagalog, hindi maitatama ang pagkakamali ng isa pang pagkakamali (did i just said it right?). Anyway, just saying...
