Earlier this week Bethany Mitchell called me and we shared a fat moment. Those consist of me complaining about not working out, I bought ice cream it tasted nasty, and I have not been able to run because of my ankle. She listened and said WE are doing this together. Lets follow through on our game plan (she is texting me at the moment harrassing me about it) and if that wasnt enough of my dramatic self-I get up this morning all in my feelings and reach out to Leslie Williams Wallace. God only knows that she could have reacted with get over yourself. Instead she displayed love, grace and loyalty toward ME. I am so grateful for you both. A decade of friendship with each of you that has blessed my life. THANK you for loving me when I have cried about my disappointing moments;overweight, insecure, unhappy. And thank you for celebrating my life changing moments; taking back my health, becoming emotionally healthy and me walking in my purpose. #foreverfriendships
