Earlier this week I was extremely proud to watch my little kindergartener stand in front of the entire school and recite a poem that had been assigned to all students. As he was doing it again this morning in the back seat of the car, I told him how proud I was because at his age (and my age) I was terrible at memorizing poems. He said to me, Well Mommy, its like Papa always says. Practice makes perfect! So wise, my 6-year-old is!
