Earlier this year I turned 60. To celebrate that milestone, twenty friends and family took me to a Blue Jay game followed by dinner. The Jays lost but it was an exciting game and a great day. I am so thankful to have such wonderful family and friends. They made turning 60 a breeze. In the first picture I am posing with 3 sensational gifts. The t-shirt is from Karen, who else? The official baseball was autographed by everyone including my very talented great niece (only 8 months!) who took the time to sign it when she want trying to drink her Dads beer. As for the pillow, that is the real treasure. My amazing Mother-in-law who passed away shortly before my birthday, was always making pillows for family members. I must have complained long enough and loud enough because she made this one for me. It was her last pillow.
