Earlier today, Balboa Park’s Zoro Butterfly Garden was revitalized with water-conserving plants, storm-water catchment and an irrigation retrofit. In a combined effort of the Friends of Balboa Park, the American Society of Landscape Architects San Diego Chapter (ASLA-SD) and City of San Diego volunteers, worked together to celebrate National Landscape Architecture Month. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful place...And the butterflies were on hand to supervise.
