Earlier today a CT scan revealed that mom had no blood flow in her brain. There was nothing else to be done. We said our goodbyes and mom passed away a few minutes ago. Words cannot describe the way our hearts are breaking right now or how thankful we are for prayers and support that continue to flood our way. I promised mom when I said goodbye that I would let this draw me closer to God and not away from Him. I choose to invite the peace of Jesus in and to know that He has never left us throughout this past week and never will in the days to come. Thank you, Jesus, for your peace.
